The track names from this release translate the word ‘hello’ into various languages. I decided to translate the word into a visual language; sign language, from which a repeating pattern was created.

Furztrocken translates as ‘dry as dust’ or ‘bone dry’. The background is a mixture of textured and creased papers, the sand dunes will be made from macro shots of folded fabric. I’m currently just using a stock image for the dunes, but my own photography should add a more personal touch.
